A gorgeous blue-purple lily of the nile (Agapanthus) unfurls itself.
Lily of the Nile is ubiquitous here on the Central Coast of California. It has an amazingly long bloom season and requires little care. However, you need to be careful where you plant it. It's deep roots are almost impossible to remove!
No textures were applied - that's just the natural background with a narrow depth of field.
