Description
This lovely anemone from the central coast of California was photographed in late February 2013. Anemones corms are planted in the fall for spring bloom. Spring flowers generally bloom in late winter in the mild coastal climate.
Though this image was digitally post-processed to give it a more subdued tone, it was taken outside under natural light using a black background.

Caitlyn, Ooooh this is so soft and pretty! This would be good in that Minimalist Photography Group.. I love the soft peachy pink tone of this Anemone! VF
