Description
This is a scan of a hand-done gum/cyanotype. This process requires painting on the gum or cyanotype solution, letting it dry, exposing it to the light with the negative, and then rinsing. This is repeated for each color being careful to align the image each time. It is rather time consuming and the results are frequently surprising since it is hard to predict exactly how the colors will interact with the negative!

Thanks for the comment, Kym! I haven't seen any other gums on FAA though I have seen some cyanotypes and infrared images. Maybe it's just a little too "unusual"! :)
